So while I was reviewing footage of my office CCTV as I normally do, I happened to stumble upon videos that showed 2 of my employees fapping vigorously in the toilet. Now, my problem is how do I tell them to stop because they fap minutes on end and this affects their workrate, productivity and by extension my returns. So how do I make them quit fapping, at least at work premises? Should I just call them to my offices and tell them to stop it? Or should I pin a banner on the toilet door subtly saying unlike Nike “Don’t Just Do it”

Yea. I guess you should add more tasks to their list of duties so they can spend that 30 min working to meet your deadline as opposed to you worrying about their punyeto escapades. Once they fail to meet deadlines, then move to plan B which you will have figured out by then. But putting CCTV in toilets is invasion of privacy.
