Nikachukua kaquarter ka kwanza kwa Wines and Spirits nikaskia hakashiki poa.. Nikaamua nichukue kengine lakini nikaenda kwa bar ju masaa ya kufungua ilikuwa imefika.. Vile nilipata wanauzia mlango ya nyuma nikashangaa lakini ju watu walikuwa wengi ndani, nikaconclude labda wanaavoid D- kukuja kuchukua pesa.. Nikachukua quarter yangu nikaenda.. Kuna ile design naonaga kina @johntez addi gaza msafi wakiipiga apo chini kabla wafungue.. Kupiga ivo, ilikuwa inamwagika na sikuwa nimefungua.. Mimi na kiu yangu nikafungua tu nikakunywa nikiambia boyz wangu nashuku hii kitu sio legit.. Kutoka hapo sijui ata vile nilienda home.. Nimejiskia 0600hrs nikiwa mlevi bado.. Kukula breakfast nimetapika yote.. Right now only thing I can do in office is browse KTalk, throw comments here and there without reading the posts, take naps and drink endless litres of water.. Am still drunk.. I feel like going home.. What am wondering is kina @uwesmake manage to make the fake liquor, seal it in spirit bottles and it ends up tasting like the original spirit.. Mdosi alikuwa away on vacation...akapashwa na mtiaji fulani via skype...dame aka kuwa transferred to sales department keshoye akapewa sales target impossible...akapigwa kalamu after 2 weeks via hiyo hiyo skype.

Her response to the mdosi was 'f**k YOU' and she walked away never to be seen again.

I consider myself a lenient person but sometimes you drunkards push your employers to the limit. It is always a sad day when you have to relieve a father off his duties because of alcoholism. But a man's got to do what has to be done however unpleasant. If a guy comes to work reeking of alcohol once a month you might look the other way because people go through issues, but when it becomes too frequent, firing is unavoidable.

Juzi nimegonga blue ice ingine na it's taste was just weird..Kitu plastic or formalin hivi. Nilijaribu kunywa maji mob wapi..i suspect ilikuwa packaged chang'aa hiyo..

Ghasia .. firing ni upuss. Did you first try talking to him .. seeking professional help; counseling, rehab. Bonobo you need to realize alcoholism is a disease it needs treatment. You need to value your employees more.
