Chapter 6 Documents Validity

How strict are employers on these documents and their validity? For a job seeker, does it really make sense to keep getting these documents yearly in the hopes of an opportunity? Ama za last year can be forgiven?

This implies that the employers expect people to have them on standby at all times, which is not realistic.
