Cheating regret

After jogging I went to ridgeways mall for my usual big glass on some ginger lemon concoction (with honey.Very sweet).
Then two friends popped out of Pizza inn (they were all smiley when they saw me) with a box pizza na kumbe leo ni something to do with pizza day,so there was a promotion.In short tumeziactia zote mbili zikaisha.Now am a worried man ,10km covered today have gone to waste.

@Luther12 I don’t mean to be crying this loud but how many carolies have I ingested from taking 3 slices of pizza.These days they make them sweeter than 3 years ago when I last tasted some

Last time i tasted 3 years ago the it couldn’t go down my throat.Ya leo tasted marinated…I willl not pass through that joint again.Most friends go there to eat pizza

Check the nutritional information on the pack. It sure must vary with the ingredients.

They are very expensive one seed can produce several pizzas on a good season, You just boil like githeri but don’t add waru vile you nyeri people like adding waru to all foods
