The Tilnar Cycle Challenge is an annual cycling challenge inspiring you to ride as many miles as possible in up to 15 hours (6am - 9pm) on Sunday 25th June 2017.
It is a Global challenge and here in Kenya the aim of this years ride is to Ride the lovely Nairobi Namanga Route.
A great day out on the bike for all the participants,you can choose to ride it one way or out and back according to your ability.
The challenge should you choose to accept it is to put in as many Miles or Kilometers as one can ALL for Charity.
In support of the Porridge and Rice “Feeding for Education” initiative here in Kenya.

Proposed Tilnar route
7.00am spring valley oven
7.30am depart towards Kikuyu bypass
8.30am departure from Kikuyu with the next group _(ie. Safari simbas & Velonos)
9.15am join onto Mombasa Road towards Kitengela.
11.45am stopover at Kajiado Empeut resort, from where the chase begins to catch up with the group that started of at Kajiado towards Namanga.
From Namanga anyone ambitious enough can ride back as far as they can as long as we meet at Empeut resort by 6.30pm
