Wasikustress hawa ma mungich....si unajua dish wame zoea ni kama hizi...
BTW our ethnic food is vvv healthy, Does not matter whether it is Ugali/Sukuma/Terere/Kunde/Fish....our Githeri/Ngwashe/Nduma/Mukimo/Muthokoi/ Matoke/ beans etc. Pls elimika @Cold Pilsner.
