Chiloba On Leave,....

… and I suspect that it is not just to placate JaKuon. In fact his absence is to DENY JaKuon his favourite excuse on 26/10.

Chiloba can afford to relax because he has dispensed with Akombe, the poisonous scorpion that had Chebukati under her spell.

She was the link between SC, NASA, NGOs, Soros, UN meddlers and other ‘regime change’ investors. The two leaked Chebukati memos were her work but Lord did Chiloba fight back!!

Chiloba also reminded the chair of a July 25, 2017 commission meeting which approved the workflow and which indicated that two designated staff would be appointed to download Form 34Bs from the system on behalf of Chebukati since it was a clerical function.

“I understand the 9,934 transaction log activities are proper since they relate to normal access and retrieval functions in the context of the secure SFTP, and therefore, there should be no cause for worry,” he signed off the matter.

Chebukati’s claims on switching off of geo-fencing and GPRS features were rebuffed with a small lecture: “First all, I am informed that GPRS and Geo-fencing features mean different things. GPRS means the 2G/3G/4G feature on the device. This feature was always on for the purposes of transfer of data.”

On the geo-fencing, Chiloba claimed that it was never part of the KIEMS kit requirement and that it could not have been switched off since it was never there in the first place.

Chebukati and Akombe had literally written that 12-point memo based in Orengo’s cyber-gibberish as haltingly read by Justice Mwitu. 12 nonsensical points.

He takes his leave because he has ensured that the ICT is - once again - in good hands.

This Akombe should not have been allowed anywhere near IEBC. Dual citizenship and a well paying UN job…These should have raised redflags on the side of Babuon but he chose to keep quiet. Why?

Why would JaKuon raise red flags about his own ace-in-the-hole?

From Chiloba’s memo, we can characterize the three:

Chebukati: thick, slow, indecisive, malleable. He’d like to quit as scripted but has no options. That statement two days ago, containing lines directly lifted from Akombe and JaKuon, tell us that he takes his cue frim the plotters

Akombe: wily, treacherous, manipulative, narcissistic, devious, full of malice and 150% unpatriotic. She abandoned ship because she had failed and was about to be fully unmasked.

Chiloba: intelligent, quiet but tough as Teflon, can run teams and functions under pressure. This ‘leave’ will shut JaKuon up, but I suspect that he will be available for consultation.

Kudos for his (Chiloba) action here. More people like him needed as the country ushers to a new phase.

I dont think Dual citizenship should be an issue. But I agree the UN job should have raised questions. There have been foreigners who have done a good service to the country eg Johann Kriegler in the Kriegler commission. Sometimes Kenyans are presented with the opportunity of accepting another nationality while away for a greater cause. I honestly think if she did not have another job lined up, she would not have left.

After reading that response, it seems like Cebukati bit more than he could chew. His earlier memo was authoritative and harsh; creating the impression that he knew exactly what he was talking about.

Come to find out, the critter had no clue! You may be the boss but the people on the floor own their tools; they’re the ones that understand exactly what they do and what to expect. If you’re going to tell them how to do their job, you’d better be damn sure that you’ve done your homework.

Bottom line, that thing was given for him to sign. And he still in control? Follow the ‘our hero’ even into the toilet!

Wah! After reading that, I’m convinced Chebukati was confused and very ignorant. He certainly is not the author of that report since he doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about.

One thing,
When you are leading , it is your responsibility to ensure things flow smoothly, as a leader whatever goes right or wrong us your responsibility, you cannot point fingers , yes delegate but be sure you know exactly what is being done where how by whom and when and for what purpose. In short Chebukati is not a leader.

Chebukati does not inspire confidence at all! Heri Isaack Hassan, who sadly became a casualty of RAT’s never ending tantrums.

It’s very clear that Chebukati does not understand that his role is to conduct elections within the stipulated legal framework and not mediate between the competing sides.

Your president is next…He too doesn’t inspire confidence even to his blindest followers.

RAT doesn’t inspire any confidence in his ability to win elections. In the deepest recesses of his heart, he knows he’s no match for the real deal, President Uhuru Muigai.

Its not entirely his choice. He is forced to mediate because he is mandated to conduct credible elections. The moment you ignore one competing side, even if rightfully so and within the constitution, then that side claims the election is not credible. Now they have an argument maybe in court. And importantly in public opinion. This is exactly whats happening right now.

Chebukati has too many people to appease. The public, Supreme Court, International observers, Jubilee, NASA, international community, parliament, Uhuru, RAO…etc. He has a very difficult job.
As for RAO, one problem is NASA didnt challenge the overall numbers. If that is to tell you about his confidence now.

What does the law say???

Explain how one side is ignored?

Deliver a credible election. Sometimes, that means explaining to all those parties. Thats mainly what he is doing in the mediation.

They refuse to listen, you move on. This is what Isaac Hassan was doing.

Not really,
the project team,
Chiloba’s leave are all attempts to PLEASE that side.
When one competitor has a list of demands and has over 20 COURT CASES filed against the referee, while his main competitor have absolutely no demands. It’s absurd to agree to all their demands.
And that’s the ignored side.
