If the Chinese got the printing tender, you can be sure that for every 1 sh, there’s another undeclared sh printed. Those guys might be tough on their internal dealings, but when it comes to outside dealings, they are ruthlessly corrupt and will steal property especially intellectual and copyrighted assets every time. Better the west who by the way am not sainting

This sounds like a load of bull. If there was an extra shilling for each one printed, I'm assuming we'd have some significant inflation. Plus notes have serial numbers. The CBK only needs to discover some with differing serials to what's in the system, or notes with similar serial numbers, to know excess money is in circulation.

If Cbk catch it, it will be a “typing error”.

That's a new word for me.
Duh wakenya poleni sana, nyerere when he brought them, he made sure they built the railway and left. Chou en Lai requested to send 300,000 Chinese in Tanzania to be farmers, nyerere akawaambia wabaki hukohuko.
Tanzanians have a healthy paranoia when it comes to foreigners moving into Tanzania. We Kenyans must learn to love our nation more than we love the economy. We are basically like prostitutes. Anybody who looks like they have some cash is allowed in, no questions asked. That is so wrong

we are in the market for FDIs, haven't we been striving yo improve the ease of doing business to make us more attractive as an investment destination?
But we have to be a little thorough in the vetting process. Only allow the genuine investors
