OK,so around this time of the year, since childhood, i get sentimental and tend to feel merry a lot.but since tangu i hit my 20s i changed because its a default thing that a grown man should not hugely display sentimentality. But when i can i do play my favorite carols chini ya maji,my fav being Nat King Cole,Jim Reeves,Frank Sinatra,Bony M,Ella Fitzgerald,Charlie Brown and recently Mariah Carey.Hapa locally Caro Atemi does carols kwa malls and other friendly venues and it can be a very good way of spending with family.
DISCLAIMER:it should not be mistaken that i embrace the west culture, but there’s really no harm in having a seasonal feel good time. The other months of the year are probably rough for most of us but if you choose to end the year with joy,it may surpass all the suffering you have had for the year.I always prefer to avoid stress in this sweetness month.Na si lazma you have bobs to enjoy(though money definetly makes it sweeter).
There is something about jimmy and the Christmas Carol’s, he just sings from the soul and to imagine he did this over 50yrs ago is something phenomenon. I can just listen over and over again.
