The irony. Child of God smoking.

Since 2002 and have never looked back.

The fuck did you do? The cravings?

Yeaah… The irony would be greater if I uncovered the pseudo. I’m probably your bishop boss

Wallahi nikiweza kuwacha fegi nitashukuru mwenyeezi mungu sana.

Enda uchukuliwe X-Ray ya mapafu, frame and hang it where you’ll see it daily.

Tuko wengi hii meli ya mangale. I have the same problem.:frowning:

Let’s wait it out. Siku moja itawork

Personally I was a casual, experimental smoker in my college days so quiting was easy.
At one time however, I was curious to learn more about the history of tobacco consumption in the last century and its initial effects on the human population then.Blame boredom and the Internet.
I delved into articles upon articles on the internet ,including several medical journals.I read about the initial connection between increased tobacco smoking and the first mass lung cancer cases.
After reading those materials I started viewing tobacco smoking in a different light. Its not like I needed some scary medical journals to convince me that smoking was bad for ones health, but this was an eye opener.
Long story short, the dangers tobacco poses to your health should be motivation enough for you to quit.Easier said than done though.

I was an unwilling smoker, I was doing it and at the same time hated it.First I cut down to only smoking at night or when drinking then one day I decided that’s it, threw out any I had remaining out of the window and never smoked even one stick again.

I quit 9 years ago; 1 pack plus per day and more on drinking nights. I used Nicotine Lozenges (can’t remember the brand), I chewed them things like patcos for almost 1 or 2 weeks straight. I was lucky to get them cheap at a duty free. Cigarettes are a chemical addicition so if ur serious on quitting look for a chemical treatment.
