Royal media is not doing very well financially. They cut down staff salaries by as much as 30% last year. I suspect RMS is parting ways with Hamo because it is in desperate need to cut costs. That Jemutai drama just gave them an excuse to let him go. They will replace him with someone cheaper.
Companies cut down budgets on advertisements and all media companies are hurting. NMG saw their profits drop by over 70%. Standard group reported losses. I wouldn’t be surprised that RMS (it’s private so we can’t see the Financials) is hurting and needs to offload a bunch of employees.
