Vipi wadauz, how many of you take part in client cobtributions to R&D and actively provide feedback to some of the products you use?

I have always tried to co tribute and give feedback to samsung products and they actually write back responding to some of my comments....juzi pia i wrote to youtube and asked them to provide a superlike feature ot a double click feature...so hapa wadauz nauliza kama hii ni idea poa ama nimehata?
