Is there any harm in using the red coloured coolant where the green coloured one is not readily available? Tofauti iko wapi wadau?

most fuel station sell coolant and its relatively cheap I don’t think there is much to gain experimenting on mixing the two

Don’t do it , you risk having a reaction that might make the coolant to turn jelly. The two fluids have totally different chemical properties based on Toyota coolant.
If you are referring to Toyota coolant its pink not red.
