Could this be a Ratchet in a bus?

On Friday, I had a good and smooth day, so in the evening I walked from work to the CBD. On the way, I bought my usual packet of njugu as I snacked all the way to Munyu road. I boarded the Kenya Mpya bus and sat at the two-seats row, hoping that a fine lady would come sit next to me.

By the rule of probability, I was lucky, that lady appeared and sat next to me, she had this spectacular high-style that you would find on socialites. She wore a red dress that showed the best features of her body (I noticed her figa when we alighted at the same stage).

As we were leaving Town, she picked a call and started talking to a friend who I suppose was hooked up with a Kikuyu sponsor who was to marry her and they were packing to fly out. As she was speaking, she started talking about being hooked up with Nigerians or Ghanian guys etc adding phrases like " am joking. " My mind was alert and I smelt a rat.

I gave her the benefit of doubt, so I was still planning to approach her with a vibe she has never heard before. As I was planning and strategizing she called a guy who I assumed was a white man because she started twenging saying that “she was not parting that day, and was just checking on the guy”.

I laughed within, took off my headphones and opened youtube, this was definitely a trap. Is this the way young ladies market themselves in buses nowaday? I call that poor marketing, but all was well nilifika salama base nikapewa supu yangu, sipped it as I meditate how it would have gone if I did the opposite! o_O

Tell them to whisper in buses.

uli jiko okoa sana. but most of them make those ‘important’ calls in matatus wakae watu wa maana na wa kirathi.insecurity issues. most likely she went to sleep alone wishing she had just said hi to the guy in the bus

Oh well, probably she was doing fake phone-calls to make herself feel desirable but what do I know? :D:D. Otherwise you must be a stalker with ulterior and pre-meditated motives. Even if you were to approach her, you would have come off as a creep. Why didn’t you hit on her in the bus when seated next to you?

ushambiki mingi ndio inakusumbua mjango

wacha tuseme tu wewe ni mpenzi mtazamaji ama ni msikilizaji.

I Like everything about body language and human behaviour, If I did hit on her I would have missed a lot of this information.

Being an Observer is good, how do you know that a lady is interested in you?

Far from the truth, but that was a good trial!
