I am not a law student, but there is this plot of land that we have been having a lot of issues with my cousin. Of late they are playing a lot of tricks on me. Kindly let me know if the land ministry have the power to summon somebody or the High Court

You question is very vague. What are the issues…are they administrative or criminal? The Land Registrar in the respective Lands office has the powers to summon the parties and solve most of the issues especially revolving ownership, transfers and boundaries.

The right thing to do is to get one of the many well known really corrupt lawyers who know how to work the corrupt judiciary and GOK depts. Its how things are done if you want quick good results.
Otherwise join the fools waiting outside GOK land offices waiting for weeks/months/year’s to resolve the simplest disputes.
