Crisis at Moi and JKIA Airport as Sh5 billion worth jet fuel vanishes

The Kenya Airports Authority has issued a notice to pilots to refuel at other locations due to fuel crisis locally.
According to KPC more than 7.2 million litres were lost through spillage and another 4.4 million litres stolen at Koru, near Kisumu. A shadowy syndicate is at work at KPC.

A total of the 51 million litres of jet fuel has been lost.

Corruption is no longer news to me,it’s part of Kenyan culture

I’m not surprised anymore about the number thrown around. What is worrying me though, is how helpless we are. Watching the future of our country being raped.

What exactly do they mean when they say lost? Did someone cone with jerycans and carry away the loot ama?

:D:D:D
Free-for-all buffet sasa.
Katambe.

Since KPC does not own the oil, ni company gani hii imeibiwa? Na ni insuarance gani inalilia chooni?

Katambe baba!! Wacha tuisambe!!! Kasonge!!:D:D:D:D Kwani iko nini?

Nowadays I don’t even bother opening the links to the story- Not funny anymore, especially when another idiot will come up saying something like “why are they exaggerating, it was only…”

We are being hardened no longer shocked by corruption news

This is what the country deserves ndio the thuraku nonesense doesn’t happen again…

The money was siphoned away

Spillage? Do you know how flammable jet fuel is?

Jet fuel is kerosene/diesel with additives. Not anywhere near petrol in flammability. Perhaps you are confusing with avgas.

What is that?

Jet fuel is sold as kerosene if found to be contaminated
