Hii story ya android kuleta popup ads na kuinstall application by itself ilikuwa ikisumbua kwa phone yangu for long mpaka nikapata ultimate solution. Hizi adware zinajileta mostly when you download malicious apps off playstore…, story na shortcuts kuingia google na kudownload .apk files.

So solution i got ni first ensure your phone is rooted,(my best rooting app ni framaroot). download android firewall app. Halafu uninstall all fishy app you suspect to be the cause of hizo ma adware. Install hio android firewall then followed by hizo apps nyingine. What android firewall does is first block internet access to all installed apps and unless you give them permission to access the internet, they wont be able to connect to the internet.

Problem solved, now i control every app that wants access my internet thus securing my personal info.

for those who dont want to root use “no root firewall” from playstore to block any app that you dont want to access the net and it works fine

i fail to see how you can block ads when the app yenyewe lazima iingie mnet

hujui kazi ya firewall? the addblocker apps have a list of all ad services hosts so they block those hosts from supplying adverts to your phone. you can block apps from accessing net from a firewall but fail to block google services which will show ads so here is where adblockers prove useful
