My cousin got the same sentence for far much less,infact for 350 ksh.He stayed in kamiti maximum for 5years and fortunately due to our appeal efforts the case was thrown out.

i read somewhere that for evidence, only cctv footage is actionable in court,all else is trash an so i wonder what they used,maybe a member of civil society was present or maybe a child,whose account seals everything!!
