Am trying to Verify my ID serial number but am getting an error message that the serial number ain’t correct… anybody experiencing the same.
I am also experiencing the same and I can’t use ecitizen to login.I sent an email to [email protected] on 13th Dec, Hakuma reply mpaka Leo.Below are the errors.
Every time I try to login using ecitizen I am getting the error as below.
{“error”:“invalid_client”,“error_description”:“Client authentication failed.”}
I have also tried to create a new account and the system indicates as below,
The person is not found .Please check the serial number.
Am able to login at ecitizen. Shida ni hii verification ya ID Serial No.
on TIMS webpage top left there is an option to login using ecitizen and it doesn’t work either.
