Dennis Itumbi Ana Maswali

Dear JSC ,

We, the People, wish to remind you that tomorrow, the Supreme Court will NOT issue a decision, that was done many days ago. All Political players accepted it and are ready for repeat polls.

Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will just be telling us how they arrived at their decision, so there is no one blocking Supreme Court from making a decision.

However, there are petitions before JSC - hand direction on how they will be handled. That is what we expected from JSC today, not poetry and lyrics.

There is no question that #EvilSociety have established a#WakoraNetwork right inside the Kenya Judiciary

It is obvious that key institutions are held by #EvilSociety.

How do you explain having embedded researchers, attached to judges, being paid by IDLO - an organization whose chair is Makau Mutua.

Makau, the man who has consistently tweeted that the next President isRaila Odinga and that he does not recognize Uhuru Kenyatta

Tell me how we are expected to trust such an institution. Especially when they set up a separate account outside Government IFMIS system so as to get the cash used to finance almost everything in our ‘Independent’ institution.

Yes, the Constitution provides for an Independent Constitution and yes it also provides for removal of Judges. It is such safeguards that ensure we do not have #JudicialCapture

Like you, We the people, are willing to pay the ultimate price to ensure we have Justice and our Judges, like Ceasar’s wife, are beyond reproach.

Our resolve is stronger because unlike you - we the People, do not even have bodyguards, we are our own security.

Yours,

#ThePeopleAreSupreme

Last kicks of a dying punda.

Maraga is no longer an activist judge but a Naswa 5th principal.

Maraga should have kept quiet, he thinks he has power but it isn’t enough for his goal. That letter he wrote sound like one written by activist, the next thing you expect is for him to be disowned and then call for reforms. Judiciary won’t sink becoz of him, he will be thrown out like jona

There are a lot of hard lessons that maraga will learn from here on until he leaves the judiciary.

This Maraga fellow is a joker… he goes on record to claim that parliament and the executive have threatened the judiciary and asks citizens of goodwill to defend them. I thought being a stickler for procedures and processes he should have reported the said threats to the police.
Despite a few hitches here and there, IEBC delivered one of the most credible elections hailed by many, however he and co found it fit to throw IEBC under the bus. When Kenyans demand for explanations he throws a tantrum that their lives are in danger. Does he think that judges are level above other Kenyans whose actions are above scrutiny? What about Chiloba and the other IEBC workers being demonized in press briefings every day? Don’t they have families too… Aache ukora

mkora maraga is a self righteous prick. how stupid was he to play right into the trap and confirm his political prejudice? by now those CCTVs should be flooding the internet because obviosly JSC under maraga will serve no justice because:

 1. the ukora being exposed helped the side he was siding with,
 2. he might infact have been in on the ukora
 3. the JSC has been invaded by evil society

The irony was laughable. Eti their mandate is given by the people! After stating that the people’s votes don’t count !

Madness, and then call nasarites to come out and fight for him. Because the executive and parliament is fighting him. Then he goes on remind mps that there are many petitions in court and therefore they are at his mercy :D:D:D

My initial thoughts were that Maraga was just a naive victim guided by his religious fanaticism, that he was probably influenced and roped in by fellow SC colleagues to play for Nasa, but with each passing day, his actions prove that he is a key player in orchestrating this judicial coup.
