Mu daughter has been battling with acne and over the years we have learnt how to manage it.she should have a separate face towel for washing her face and wiping.tell her to wash with kawaida bathing soap and but not bar soap.most of all drinking a lot of water.lemon also helps .putting it in her drinking water for the day and applying on her face after cleaning and rinsing afterwards.most of all she should avoid creams.lanolin creamor lemon cream may help.most of all she needs a lot of assurance.I had acne in my teens and after and it had its effects on my confidence.assure her her face will clear with time

It does tear on self confidence especially for a girl. Naskia pia anafaa kutumia cleanser. Sabuni isiguze uso. Badala ya mafuta, moisturizer tu.
I am no pro, just relaying what I heard.

That’s true pia but most people who suffer from acne have oily skins that are quite sensitive. As such its best to avoid a lot of chemicals on your face.you may find your skin reacting vibaya to even those cleansers.but if the and is extreme I would recommend she gets advise from a dermatologist

I feel for people who have severe acne. There is a guy I knew whose face was covered in them and he carried a handkerchief all the time to wipe the puss of his face.
I met a girl whose face was riddled with spots from previous acne. You feel like they had a very tough childhood. The best advice is avoid fancy creams and soaps, avoid animal proteins and milk. Basically go vegeterian.

Another way of controlling acne on the face especially if you have oily skin is to wash your face with ordinary soap and cold water before going to sleep apart from the normal washing up in the morning when showering etc. Also use separate lotion for your face and body. Do not use Nivea or petroleum Jelly or any body lotion etc on your face.Tell a dermatologist to recommend one for you,or visit a good chemist or also ,I am not a big fan of network marketing business model but they also have very good skin care products.I usually buy aloe Vera gel from a G.N.L.D distributor to use it strictly on my face,it lasts me for around one year so i save on money. For the rest of the body i use normal lotion.Used to have a problem with acne because of my skin but ironically i always laugh hard when women ask me what i use on my face. Also start exercising, when you sweat the body releases toxins through the sweat, go easy on greasy food i.e.Fries etc, eat it one in a while in a week.
