Remember they imported the mobile clinic containers. DCI didn't even look at that direction, they are busy with YT2 fifth consecutive case file. She was just promoted by the top performing CS Munya to be a board member of one of the parastatals.
Ati Munya ni top performing .The CS who dragged his county comrade to MSEA and now the authority is on its knees .The KYEOP that is funded by World Bank has no future.

According to detectives, the two vehicles were part of 50 cars bought under the guise of being used for transport services at the dam sites but were diverted for private use. Investigations revealed that, Ksh. 160 million was paid to Toyota Kenya for the purchase of 45 vehicles that included Prados, Toyota Fortuners, Corollas, Hiace vans and several pickup trucks. Five more cars were delivered to Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA) offices for official use by directors.

The vehicles were reported as missing in March when sleuths raided Mitchell Cotts Building in Nairobi and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). During the March 19th raid, detectives had seized 45 double cabin vehicles bought using the Sh 21million dams’ scandal money.

Out of the 45, only 17 vehicles were registered under the firm hired to construct the two dams — CMC di Ravena — which has since filed for insolvency in Italy. It still remains unclear how Dr. Aukur Aukot’s Thirdway Alliance party which is spearheading the Punguza Mizigo referendum call acquired and registered two vehicles. Three people were arrested during the raid and are helping police with investigations.

On March 24th this year, two more vehicles purchased using the Arror and Kimwarer dams money were recovered from the home of Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen. At the time of seizer, the two vehicles were being used to run errands by his wife bearing private numbers.
