Developing Android tracking app.

I remember back in the days when I had just cleared high school me and my friends used to go around the estates hawking our services to develop video library management software and such.

Now I need someone who can develop a tracking app with some added functionality to run on Android platform.

Are there such open source apps and what could a hustled charge me to develop such.

It’s been more than a decade since I parted ways with IT and it will take me forever to acquire the skills to do it myself.

Whatsapp existing did not stop other apps like Telegram from existing. Same to Myspace and Hi5
he can develop his app and use Google maps apis

Understand the scale of the task before making such a ridiculous comparison.

Once set up, you can log in on a computer using your Gmail account to track, lock or erase a missing phone.

The BBIT graduate @Deorro is correct about limitations however those are due to Android and not the app itself. Infact the developers of Cerberus are in trouble for features that show “malicious behaviour”.

Judging by the original post he obviously doesn’t know the scope of the job nevermind access to resources or a development team.
