Cut out red meat completely, substitute with omena. Eat organic pekee , no indomiez , roiko and other such chemicals and preservatives . Avoid all GMO crap , Blend lots of natural organic fruits , herbs and nuts as healthy alternatives to common soft drinks. Reduce coitus to once per week . Take early morning walks or jogs to infuse fresh oxygen into the body. Avoid stressful people . Keep a progress vlog in your phone . Right initial question = how much protein do you need per day?

Ugali ya wimbi, madondo na managu

Oh and sprinkle some dry-fried omena

Breakfast-Eggs, bread, bananas, slice of watermelon, tea, water
Lunch- Rice, fish, green vegetables, pineapple slice, fruit juice, salad, legumes
Dinner- Ugali, greens, pork, salad, ndengu, avocado, natural yoghurt, fruits milk.
NB: don’t forget lots of water and snacks in between
