I had an intense workout at 10am and just did not have time to find food to eat. My intention was to go and get some Chinese food at Village Market, but opted to cook instead, since it was 4pm already.
I am right on the mark by eating supper before 6.30pm, else I will stick to guacamole with Nachos, like I have for the past two nights.
What I made tonight is Chinese Vegetable rice with beef stew. I need a little bit of the calories ahead of Salsa dance tonight.

I am just being a woman, too bad if you don’t like to read about girly stuff. You can always skip the thread and comment on the ones that go tickle your fancy.
I don’t recall having a problem with your name-dropping. I just pointed out my observations. Are you trying to appear “cool”/sophisticated?? :D:D
Not by any stretch. I am just a very detailed person, but because it’s the internet, you read so much into my words and form opinions. As far as I know, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being sophisticated or liking the finer things in life and not being coy about it.
Men…you need to learn how to appreciate women in their feminity, as opposed to pulling them down, bearing in mind that, you will encounter them every where you go.
No. I have no reason to attack you whatsoever. I just pointed out an observation which I think is true. Inaitwa constructive criticism. I think you name-drop to appear cool/sophisticated which you may or may not be. But it shouldn’t really bother you. You have to make peace with the fact that this is a public forum, and posts will be dissected and critiqued if and when need arises. How do you handle criticism @Cleopatra VII ?
