- Withdrawal symptoms from the care free partying life of the 20s where they had few or no responsibilities…
- stagnation at places of work resulting to panic.
If you are in this stage and you do not realise and accept these challenges, it’s usually downhill from there. This could be what happened to the late DJ.

I wish he had taken leave of absence from the job for a week and gone to coast or something. Or confided in his old man. Sometimes we think the old folks are old fashioned, but they have emotional stability and can be our rock when we are down.
