…i realized today that my driving licence details are not on e-citizen…after filling the necessary details and attaching a scanned copy of dl, many hours later it still says queued. How long does it take for the NTSA to approve so that i can renew it?

If my memory serves me right, u have to queue at Times Tower ground floor counter no.1? for not less than 30mins… with ur original interim DL and original ID…that is if the rules have not changed.

What is this I read about scanning? I renewed mine for the first time online and all details were available as soon as I validated the account.

It’s many years since I renewed my DL I don’t now the repercussions.E citizen, how does it work?

…i also renew 3 yearly…sasa inaisha next week…there is also a deadline sijui ya nini ya 31st dec 2016 on driving licences

Go to their offices to update your data in their database. A colleague yake ilikuwa inasema hivo, she went to their offices like 3 times wakisema wame update lakini wapi !!Make sure they sort it from their end or else uta ongea story ya 2017 ku re new hio DL.

lazima uende times towers wa correct kwa system then uende kwa cyber u process in ten minutes utakuwa ume print

…Lazima mtu aende times tower…na hizi KRA za huku mashinani…wanaweza ni sort? ama huduma centre? The last time i was in times tower…the queue itself is frustating leave alone the distance to Nairobi from where am in mashinani

cyber nearest na time towers so that kama hawaja process poa unarudi hapo chap chap bila ku panga line tena . but pia unaweza tembea na printer na makaratasi uprocess kwa phone then uprint .

It’s no longer in Times Tower. All vehicle issues moved to NTSA, Upperhill. Use Huduma Centres for quick service
