you are looking at it in the wrong way, it is not if he will achieve it but if he will set the nation towards achieving it even after he is gone.Kibaki conceptualized lapsset and vision 2030 but the bulk of it will be built by his successors. The true measure of its importance is despite whoever comes into power,they see the importance of continuing with such projects. In the meantime Uhuru should focus on getting as much as possible done.

Even if he does, most people won’t notice or acknowledge because humans are naturally biased, and some of us are too distracted to spot and take up opportunity even if it smacked us right on our faces.

Uhuru will never undertake a project if there’s nothing in it for him. Hio big four ni tenders for family members. He single handedly killed Konza City, a brilliant project launched by his predecessor. He’s not serious.
Youths from all the 290 constituencies are being trained on the four thematic areas of the big four. A great start in my opinion, something beginning with the generation that will greatly benefit from its success.
We want that konza back on track, we need to move from this mess that is Nairobi.
I think konza is not strategically located where they wanted it, read shiny eye lands.
