In the recent few months you did a post on how employees could collude with you and cash out on employer insurance schemes. Fast forward to today when I tried checking your profile you seem to have done away with the post! Kindly activate or explain to me and other villagers how you do it. Apparently after the long weekend I happen to have encountered by the entrepreneurship spirit and I want to work on a contract as that’s going to take me one month. I would like to secure a whole month leave tlso I can make the quick bucks that have shown up! All fingers crossed that you will hack this coz if I don’t swipe my insurance card I will be fired!

That scam was major in the mid-90s. A private hospital would hire recruiters to hunt down civil servants and teachers with NHIF and then they would be induced to say their spouses, children had been admitted and the hospital claims. The agents would also collect lost IDs and register them for nhif, pay 20/= for six months and then “admit” the ghost patients and their kin and claim maximum allowable.
One CORD Senator, a Doctor, got rich that way…(and I am not naming names!)
