Sasa napata message inasema “Dstv connection could not be established” shida inaweza kuwa nini. I have tried resetting to default settings but still stuck on “searching for signal”. cc @Meria Mata @Luther12 na wengine wanaelewa hii mambo.

Halafu uwapigie. Sometimes they have to ‘send’ the signal to your decoder. Your dstv a/c number will be required.

Most times their calls don’t go through especially when wanting assistance on connection errors.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Thanks all. Checked on the LNB and found the cable connection loose. Tightened it na mambo sasa ni shwari though I had been adviced when I called them on phone to call a dstv fundi at 2500 bob.
