DSTV set up wizard symbol rates and frequency. Anyone please help

I am staying with these guys and their DSTV reset after update. Could anyone help me with details on how to set it up again?
The frequency and symbol rates blah blah
The initial set up wizard only found 4 channels.

I have tried to convince them to go Netflix but they won’t so please keep this on topic. Watu wa DSTV ni wakora, I know right! But that isn’t the question. :D:D:D
