Eating disorder

So I understand our bodies respond differently due to stress. Some loose appetite some gain… I am among the gainers some people don’t understand that when stressed (for some) your mind shows you a quick relax fix eating and trust me it’s the time you eat the most unhealthy foods which endangers our health. So I have been in and out of my weight loss journey I get distracted easily… So am challenging myself today I want a new start healthy living eat right… Hugs to to my twin somewhere
