The problem is SAFETY. Heat break down some of the harmful pesticides & fungicides.

All animals eat raw food except humans. Even our closest relatives apes and bonobos. If bonobos can do it, yes we can also do it.

Eating raw meat in a tropical country like Kenya is inviting disaster. The prevalence of parasites huku iko more than in those countries that practice it. Halafu ongezea food regulations, cutting corners for maximal profit, etc and you'll soon be dealing with a health disaster. One could even argue that the reasons it is still not widely adopted is because our palates evolved to reject this kind of practice because of the harm it could bring to our populations. I find half-cooked fry and deviled eggs and rare meat disgusting. Hiyo taste siwezi zoea.

Although I wouldn't eat it willingly myself, I tend to agree with you. People have treated cancer by change of diet to fruit and raw vegetables - a vegetarian diet.The other part of raw fish up to a point. But I wouldn't eat raw meat, that's inviting a worm infestation or ecoli.
