Has anyone ever had these two Universities(UoN and Moi) send their academic transcripts to WES for assessment? If so, how did you go about this?

Yep, my hubby did it a few months ago. You first need fill out the application form online and then print it. Take that form with mailing instructions to the Registrar of transcripts at your university, who then sends it directly to WES in a sealed envelope.
I suggest you pick the “course by course” option and skip the “document by document” one. The former not only provides a degree equivalency but calculates your GPA as well. The whole process took us about 10 business days to complete; it was a smooth and professional process. I would highly recommend them.
Don’t most universities have online portals where a student/alumni can download a PDF transcript for verification.
That is the case with western Universities not sure about local ones. In any case WES got country-specific requirements and in our case all official academic transcripts MUST be sent directly from uni
