This might be loose connection here, check isolator/DP MCB or the SP MCBs from which the affected circuits are terminated kwa consumer
This rating is on the higher side for domestic utility but it should work fine
Main distributer ni nini?.. azawais check the circuit ya shower too and its MCB. Should have a rating of 20-40A depending on the shower head rating for it to work.
Mbisha ya terminations kwa consumer na ratings za shower head ni muhimu, weka tuone if it can help find a solution.

You need a smart electrician to sort you out. I suspect the issue could be related to your wiring as in the quality and size of the cables.
You have used cheap fake wiring
Most probably ni wiring,or overload on one breaker.
Working as in from the main mcb make sure there is at least 2.5mm cabling running through the house sio 1.5 mm(risk of heating)
Or 4.5 mm cable,then tell your electrician to distribute the power in various breakers,kuwe na ya bulbs,sockets,heater.
as @Penologist has stated, for 100A rated MCB, that’s ok. the individual CB from where the shower taps power from could be the issue. either loose wiring connection or low rated CB and also the cable thickness or an overloaded CB. post a pic of the Consumer Unit we advise from there.

According to your explanation maybe the shower was connected to the main cb (100) so when he replaced he left it hanging …
Switch of the main power open the cover so that we can see the inside tuone Kama wire inahang…
Remember many factors are at play here maybe even the breaker for the shower has failed , If you don’t have an idea of how to use a tester please call an electrician before you fry your balls… Kama unajua check the breakers first for power then check the shower switch
