ELIMINATING HDMI SWITCH LAG

Wangwana I have a project that needs instant recording and streaming from multiple cameras. I thought getting a HDMI switch and a capture card would assist (am using OBS software) but am experiencing lag while switching between different cameras. Any help will be appreciated
