"Enough is Enough" -- RAO

Last time, NASA FORCED Jubilee to the drawing board using the same tactics. And it worked. I don't see anything different this time around. No court order can remove Chiloba. NASA knows this. There is only 1 way out. No man is bigger than the country. If Chiloba is what they want, pay him off and move on. His removal will not change election results. Yeah Jubilee can fight, but chaos favors NASA.
Why are you even supporting something like this? YOU ARE ADVOCATING FOR THE REWARDING OF VIOLENCE!
I am not advocating anything. Bit NASAs moves are very predictable.
I have put your words in bold to make the contradiction in your words stand out.

The suggestion that Chiloba should be ejected UNCONSTITUTIONALLY to please RAO because RAO will have the CBD stoned is advocating for the rewarding of violence.
I didn't suggest that Chiloba should be ejected unconstitutionally. Isaac Hassan was paid off. Same way. Didnt say anything about pleasing RAO but more so the common man. The common man suffers at the whimp of any disturbances. No man is bigger than the country. If one man has to be asked to move on for the sake of peace and sanity, so be it. But we have to be fair to him. Pay off his contract. He gets a golden handshake. I certainly don't see NASA reneging on their demands. Thats why in my posts on this thread, I asked a couple of contributors to hold on their thought for two more weeks.
I must point out that your comprehension of the English language is very interesting.

Who is the common man? I am part of a great majority that asserts that democracy must be respected! Jubilee also take to the streets and demand the resignation of the CJ, matatus wreck havoc demanding to extend their routes to the gates of parliament and state house, Counties demonstrate demanding to secede, will your opinions still hold in the name of maintaining peace? If yes...... I have no more words......... If no, why should BABA be treated specially?

The rights enshrined in KATIBA are the product of a bloody struggle. A few stone throwing hooligans are not enough reason to reverse the gains.

I didnt justify any stone throwing. I said it is likely to happen - judging by history. True democracy asserts majority. But majority have to respect the minorities opinions and wishes. There are several examples of disaster of majority imposing their might and disregarding minority , eg Rwanda. But its a good thing we have a functioning judiciary to balance such wishes.
One thing I suggest you averse yourself is diplomacy. No matter how much one hates his neighbor( in our case from historical causes), you can always sit down and achieve diplomatic solutions. This has always worked in this country. Disagreements will arise yes, but solutions will always be found befitting to both. Both parties may not be satisfied, but its give and take.

Number 1. In the Rwanda case, the Tutsi minority forced their will upon the majority until the Hutu majority snapped! That is what happens when the tenets of democracy are ignored. Rwanda is a case study of why DEMOCRACY MUST BE OBEYED. RWANDA IS HISTORY'S WAY OF TELLING US TO NEVER FORCE THE MINORITY'S WILL UPON THE MAJORITY, NO MATTER HOW SILENT THE MAJORITY IS. So, factually, the Rwanda case is why RAO should respect the majority, not the other way around!

Number 2. We cannot pick out arms of government to respect. All must be respected. We respect the un-elected judges, let us respect the elected parliament. Uhuru, a democratically elected president, obeyed the majority decision of an un-elected bench. Why should RAO, an un-elected leader, get to reverse the will of an elected parliament? Let us stop the bigotry!

Number 3. Diplomacy? JUBILEE has shown a lot of it! The majority has been giving in to the minority's demand, as you rightly noted, the minority now thinks it is their right. Diplomacy is something you should preach to NASA. I find it funny that you have a problem with Jubilee not giving in to NASA's unconstitutional demands but you are silent on NASA making unconstitutional demands and threatening to use unconstitutional, I dare even say criminal means, to have their unconstitutional agendas heard!

Time to call a spade a spade. RAILA is the one waging war against democracy! Or is it only democracy when Raila is winning!

FYI: Democracy is a platform taht listens to all but respects the majority. The reason for this is because you cannot satisfy two differing opinions. Democracy cures this by ALWAYS satisfying the majority at the expense of the minority! THAT IS DEMOCRACY.
