Yunaires stets unaeza pigwa mangumi ukikosa kutoa tip,usually 8-10%. It is mandatory to say the least.mofo ataitisha tip like wewe ni baba yake. Wait uskie vile wanaidefend na upuss ya low wages,tax,two jobs,working condition,kids to feed,trump,dog ate my pension.....who asked you to work there kama uta harass mbogi. Thats why i appreciate japan,tipping is an insult to them
Income inequality is getting worse so I should feel sorry for her, but whose fault is it? Now even this meager job is at risk due to her poor choices. Also $8 is a fair enough tip for that distance/time...she should have been grateful or avoid signing up for the job. Why did she take it up only to complain later? Makes no sense. Personally I never use meal delivery services to avoid interfacing with strangers and being guilted about tips.
