Me personally i have not encountered any errors in Ktalk both on phone and lappy so sijui watu wanacomplain nini. Browser for phone is Chrome and laptop is Firefox,Chrome and Microsoft Edge

All my ten browsers starting with Internet Explorer are working perfectly across all devices, phones, tablet, lap top, desk top and whatever.
