Am currently dealing with a huge data list that is in excel na imebeba maformula kama mia, countifs, sumif, lookups, conditional formatting etc. The problem is, the sheet is lagging everytime one is inputting data and its making any form of analysis time consuming. I have even tried to put all source data in the same workbook different sheets but the issue still persists. Desktop specs, core i3,4gb Ram. Could anyone here have an alternative method or a remedy to the issue above?
10mb is not that huge.
Clear all Cache on the system.
Lazima utumie Microsoft office?
Kuna so many other spreadsheet applications…week kwa Libre Office
Then a 10 mb file shouldn’t be a problem to handle, hio ni kidogo sana, ama you have too many dynamic formulas that trigger a recomputation after every minor change
Why would one analyse data in Excel, are the results really reproducible? How do you share your work to second party to confirm your analysis and logic? Data analysis bila scripts or log files ni stress tupu. One single blunder and you back to scratch
