Suppose “the government” decide s to rebuild the old road and excessively delay it’s completion utakaa kwa jamaa five hours from Mombasa road to say westy instead of paying 500 and travel in say 15 minutes,we are fucked,the faster you accept that reality the better.
Even Thika Road was supposed to have toll stations but in the end sirkal goons decided to pass the cost onto Wanjiku as a fuel levy. They will probably do the same with the new road.

There’s something called “minimum guaranteed traffic” in the contract .X number of cars per day na kama kuna shortfall, the government MUST top up the difference .
