Extreme happiness followed by extreme sadness

So everytime i experience great happiness it’s always followed by extreme sadness usually the next morning. So what the ferk is up with that?

So like yesterday i wss happy like really euphoric. Everyone i spoke to would hint at it. During this time i plan my life to the Z, motivation is an all time high. I have schemes of ways i could be rich but then some hours later it’s almost as if a switch was turned off. The world crumbles. LePhilosopher becomes a sad man. Life is not worth this whole struggle. We don’t need the amount of wealth we’ve been conditioned to seek, hell we don’t even need a bed. It’s not an essential to our survival in the hunter and gatherer sense. It’s just something we buy due to consumerism fuelled by capitalism. It’s almost getting to a point i fear getting to that euphoric feeling because what follows is not really worth it. Boohoo.

So i Google that and this is what i get. Thanks ferking Google

Your mind has become the battle ground between angels and demons. You better choose sides before you go nuts.

Try and watch it unaeza saidika…

Maybe also monitoring your mood too much also leads to hyperawareness of the peaks and dips thereby exercabating the situation?

Maybe living more in the moment than watching yourself living in the moment?

Just shooting thoughts.

Walai io imebidi ni google…

exercabating

Chill man, life is a journey, you can’t always be happy, and even when sad, happiness comes and balances.
Over expectation could be the underlying factor here.

I take this as a compliment

We have hopeless peasants hapa ktalk…enda ujinyonge…won’t miss my breakfast

@MadPhilosopher is @SledgeHammer

Maybe you should stop abusing drugs. Decide to quit all drugs for a week. If its not food or water, it shouldn’t be consumed. One week. Good luck

Inaitwa “bipolar disorder” na hawa daktari humarket psychotropic drugs. Anyway, it is normal to be overwhelmed by waves of emotions.

The euphoric state happens when you are at the peak of your mental energy. The sad state occurs when you revert to your average self. When your mental energy is at its peak, you can think through any challenge with ease. This gives you excitement and confidence, something that cannot go unnoticed by those around you. Unfortunately, peak mental energy does not last for long before we revert to out normal selves. Often, this state is preceded by a good night sleep among other factors. We can exploit this window by using it to think through challenging situations while avoiding useless distractions…

Ewwwww

A very wise deduction i must say

A codeine addict posting this. You don’t need advice, you need rehab and a thorough beating for wasting our time. Using your other handle @One Star to Rule Them All , you just admitted to being high as a kite right now after using that substance. Halafu kesho akili zikirudi upost umeffi kama hii…piece of trash. You should be jailed for three months.
