Came across this for the pros, what is the highest speed you`ve been on a bike? Mine would have been 117 KPH on one of the drops in the Tour of Meru

There are some special cogs za bike Hua tunaziita za wazee, kaa uko na hii you can pedal at 120kms/hr but in my case I just hang on and let gravity do the rest as I streamline my body

You have a speedo that you look at that shows speed, you put the chain on the highest gear possible, the largest on the crank, the smallest on the cassette, get into an aero position with the wind behind you and spin your legs like its going out of style…umeelewa sasa

Unawekelea jembe proper, tuck in your arms and spiiiiiiiiiin, add gravity and you will fly

Well you trust the mechanical aspects of your bike that they will hold and the brakes will work…then you pray going downhill nothing will obstruct the road and won`t get a puncture
