When revenue streams become too many we have to look for a better way of managing them.So that we can achieve our retire before 45 plan.

I have a template. It’s called Microsoft excel.
When rent ya one bedroom Kasarani is still part of your monthly bill then you surely dont need a template to manage your finances… Just buy a phone with a calculator and you are good to go

Start with excel. Come up with a balance sheet then monthly cash flow statement. If you are planning to retire and do business, 45 might be too late for you.
