Hehehehe, watu huwa na budget ya pombe na ya transport for a particular period. So ukipanda an expensive matatu it means uta over spend kwa budget ya transport, Lakini ukinywa beer mbili au tatu as you wait for fares to reduce, uta reduce pombe ya friday by those 2-3 beers na both budget ya transport na pombe zitaingiana.
