The U.S. Supreme Court handed down rulings Thursday in several important cases. The Court said partisan redistricting is a political question, not one that federal courts can weigh in on. In a major setback for the Trump administration, the court left the citizenship question blocked for now from the 2020 census. They also ruled that police may, without a warrant, order blood drawn from an unconscious person suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.
