What foods/fruits/recipie would you recommend for someone who recently broke his legs and is recovering?

soup of bones

calcium to restore bone strength and protein to rebuild the muscle.

Sema ulivunja mkono ukiwank, tunakujua

Last I checked, Google don’t charge a penny for such questions.
You’d get more suggestions there, collectively from all available sources.
Hapa we can only tell you to drink bone soup…

As one who nursed a fracture last year that has never really healed to-date…I would say plenty of proteins, vitamins and roughages. Less of starch. Plenty of water…

Really sorry and scary,
Nursing multiple fractures here.

1.Bone soup
3. Eggs
3. Avocados
4. Thafai
5. Corn meal

Please do not forget the pyschological trauma that comes with it. I had one only so multiple must be kifo…wooi pole and I worked throughout wearing the walking boot in the heat. The pain…wacha tuu!
You learn so much about disability too as there is only so much you can do and have to rely on others sometimes…

Waar, that’s true.
The trauma is real, there’s a time i just wish i could stand for a sec to stretch my back and legs.
Btw, the fructures are on each leg, ankle and thigh bone.
So, literally my lower body can’t support the upper.
Am learning the wheelchair and the physios are a killer…warr

What initially happened? are you on prescribed pain killers like co-codamol?..that was the only one that worked for me…this is when you learn to thank God for good health…we take it for granted…
I had to plan everything early in advance, used to miss the bus to work hata kama iko 5 mins away as I could not run. One day there was a fire alarm at work and everyone had to go down the stairs…we were based on the 7th floor! weeeh…
Just be prepped…it will take quite sometime…

Am using betaphyn and seems like it working.I also have some calcium tabs.I got a burn near the ankle fructure during the accident so am also using some strong antibiotics.
Btw, am just 1 week into this, was discharged the other day.

The thought of a fire is scary, if I can’t go to a toilet what about emergency cases…warr.

Kula mitharigo. Ongea na Wakanyaks @Motokubwa akutafutie mifupa za ng’ombeee. But u must confirm asikuuzie za Dogi.

Hi. As i work as a nurse in St. Georges’s Hospital in Nappa, I am frequently asked what to eat after fractures and injuries. Alongside with Natrium, our body needs A, E, B6, Iron, Magnesium and Selenium. For the quick recovery, it is a must. Moreover, to stay healthy afterward, a person should eat fish of good-quality at least twice a week. So the online market is full of offers, but my recommendation is https://fishandcaviar.com . Sturgeon Fillet is easy to cook, and none will argue its benefits.

Niaje Bingwa?

How much do you charge for MVA In Nappa.

Hi,
Am on the walking boot now for the left foot that had a fructure and dislocation kwa ankle.
The lessons am learning about ease of mobility and access is invaluable and humbling.
