For one to survive under Nero without stress and fear of being killed, one needed to live by a cord like the one for stoics, and with Nero death was always at your doorstep so you just needed to love death itself and be courageous, as for now we need to face the situations we go through as Kenyans without any panic, it beyond most of us so no need to worry, just courage to forge forward, Accept and embrace your fate,
