A question to talkers how can one access the locked channels on the free to air decorder…
Do you unlock by paying? and where do you pay?
If you have a Startimes FTA Decoder then you’re good to go. All you just need is to pay some amount for a certain bouquet and the channels are automatically unlocked.
NB: You also have to call customer care in order to be allocated to a certain bouquet of your choice, failure to which they will assume that you have paid for the highest bouquet. When your paid amount for the duration lapses or expires, you’ll be taken aback to your normal FTA decoder.
For a generic FTA decoder (not specific to any provider) you can only view free ie unscrambled programs. If you see locked channels listed and you wish to view them just find out the provider for that particular channel, the bouquet that has the channel and go out and get their decoder.
You will not be able to view locked channels using a generic DTV tuner/receiver.

its a chinku FTA I guess as posted on the photo above …imeandikwa tu DVBT2 terrestrial receiver and its the size of the bamba decorder
