I recently bought a digital TV and realized it had a DVB T2 and DVB S. During the media blackout I tried setting up my 90cm offset startimes dish to catch some FTA channels but couldn’t not get any on SES 5 tried some other. Swali langu no hii Which sat can I hunt with the said equipment?

Try ABS 3W or 7W, find them easier for newbie’s very close to one another. upward/downward elevation. wait for more from the experienced, am just an amateur.

What is the current position of the dish? You can get 5e,3w or 7w with dish that size,they are all in zuku direction, different elevations
it’s facing startimes SES 5
Is the dish connected to the TV satellite port? Connect that and do a blinds can,you should get ses 5 channels

How sure are you that you were on SES-5? Coz there’s quite a lot at that location.

yes I could get star times channels very well, infact the signal was so strong even the mightiest rainstorm could not interrupt.
